This site contains information and instructions for teen pregnancy prevention program facilitators and coordinators. The MOTPP Evaluation Guide can be found in the Resources section. The Missouri Teen Prevention Program (MOTPP) is a statewide program that addresses various health topics such as positive youth development and teen pregnancy prevention. MOTPP is part of a national initiative to reduce teen pregnancy rates through the use of evidence-based programs. Division of Work DHSS: Each year, DHSS distributes funding to contractors throughout Missouri, who implement the programs in areas deemed to be at high risk for teen pregnancy. To meet federal grant requirements, DHSS contracts with the Institute of Public Policy (IPP) at the University of Missouri to be its external evaluator. Each year, the IPP evaluation team conducts a four-part evaluation to assess all levels of program implementation, outputs, outcomes, and community capacity.
